2021 - 2020

Contracts were signed to build Mazaya villas in various areas in the Kingdom such as Demistan, Karzakan, Hamad Town, and Askar.

2020 - 2019

Execution of West Eker and Barbar projects, where we developed and handed over attached villas in West Eker and a seafront villa in Barbar. Construction works continued in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic and villas were handed over to clients in record time.

2019 - 2017

Commencement of affordable middle range villa projects, supported by the Mazaya program. The high standard villas from A'ali estate plan and Malikiya were built and handed over. Tailored towards the needs of Bahraini families, this project was under the direct supervision of our team and engineering partners.

2016 - 2015

Three attached villas with high-end specifications and privacy standards next to A'ali Walk. A milestone that our company is proud of, the project was completed ahead of schedule and was a testament to accuracy and precision in execution. It was sold in record time.
