AKWAN was formally established in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2006. It materializes the vision of its founders who have a wealth of extensive experience in the field of real estate development and building materials trading since 1981. The inspiration behind the name was the Arabian Gulf and the Tigris and Euphrates rivers in the Republic of Iraq.

We set out with an ambition to provide the highest standards in the real estate sector, real estate development sector, and both trade and supply of building materials. We aim to contribute to advancing these sectors by providing innovative solutions and services based on the company’s many years of experience.
